36 weeks with Button

36 weeks with L Child

About four weeks left til we get to meet Miss Button! Since JJ and I worked a long time in her room getting it ready (it's about halfway done), it's nice to go in there and see all the pretty little dresses hung up. It's been a baby-havin' week: my cousin had her little guy and two other old friends had their babies, too.
Excitement and apprehension are setting into me. I'm excited to see what she looks like. I'm a little worried about labor & delivery and the next chapter of our lives with a newborn again. I think since C and L Child were so close together (23 months), after 3.5 years, potty-trained kids, and pretty self-sufficient little boys, having a baby seems almost like a new thing. Needless to say though, Josh and I are excited!
Even though it feels like she is running out of room inside my tummy, I'm okay waiting for awhile longer. I gotta a list of things to do before Button arrives including some fun stuff to do with the boys before her arrival. I'm sure I'll blog about those activities. Get ready for a volcano entry soon.
